Yes! Our ordering system is separate to your existing website so if you’re using WordPress, Squarespace, Wix or anything else, we’ll just need to add a link to your website.

Normally yes you would. Nearly everyone from JustEat to Deliveroo charges set up fees that vary from company to company. We normally charge £150 however as we said, businesses are struggling right now and we want to do what we can to help. So we will NOT be charging set up fees for the duration of Covid-19 outbreak.

You should still have a website or app where customers can order from you online and pick up from your store. Many customers just want the convenience of ordering online, whenever they want. To start delivering there are many companies offering this service.

Please have a look at our packages: website package and social media plans. As we said we will make your website with 70% discount until the Covid-19 situation has normalised. We will also not charge you the set up fees for the same reason. We do charge for optional extras. You will need a printer and a tablet. They are not expensive and you get to keep them. 

More than £500 because we are not charging you to design and build your website as well as no set up fees. However this offer only applies for the duration of Covid-19 lockdown. Once the lockdown is relaxed our fees will go back to normal. We suggest you contact us and act now.

They either pay cash on delivery or pick up, or you can take advantage of our card services and have the money paid directly into your bank, ( the money does not go through us) , there are many merchant gateways to choose from.

When you open the Facebook mobile app, you will not be able to see the tabs you have installed on your Facebook page. The reason is that Facebook mobile does not allow any third party apps to be shown on mobiles. This does not apply only to us, but also to any other applications made for Facebook. However there will be a ‘Shop Now’ button.

Our order taking app can be connected to multiple Epson and Star thermal printers.

Thermal printers are widely used in restaurants. They are robust, fast, require no toner change and paper costs are close to nothing. Epson and Star are leading manufacturers in this segment.

The app supports two types of printer connection:

  • LAN (Ethernet) – the thermal printer is connected by network cable to a WiFi router and accesses the same WiFi network as the order taking device does;
  • WLAN (WiFi) – the thermal printer connects wirelessly to the same WiFi network that’s used by the order taking device;
